These liners are designed for 18L bins. With a flat bag width of 460mm, the approximate opening circumference is 92cm. Your bin's rim circumference should be smaller than this, allowing extra room to fold the liner over the edge. The usable opening may be smaller due to the tie handles and bag construction.

Measure all the way around the top rim of your bin and check its height. Fit depends on the bin's shape and dimensions, not just its litre capacity.
